Schroth-based physical therapy

Non-invasive, conservative scoliosis treatment

Learn to manage your curve to help stop the progression and live your life. Using Schroth-Based Physical therapy techniques we can teach you how to align your posture, make you stronger from a more balanced starting position, and teach you how to integrate your new posture into daily life.

What is Schroth?

A 3D approach to scoliosis care

Schroth Method is a specialized physical therapy practice utilizing scoliosis specific exercises to address the spinal abnormality in three dimensions. The goal of Schroth therapy is to de-rotate, elongate, and stabilize the spine within the 3 planes scoliosis occurs.
