Your initial evaluation runs 60–90 minutes and dives deep into your curve pattern, X-rays, posture, flexibility, and respiratory function. From there, we build a Schroth-based plan unique to you.

Initial evaluation
We study your X-rays, photograph posture from every angle, and evaluate flexibility and breathing mechanics. When you leave, you will have a clear roadmap anchored in Schroth principles and your daily life.

After the evaluation, we meet two to three times per week to lock in new movement strategies. As you master corrections and build strength, we gradually reduce frequency while maintaining momentum.
